The breakfast selection impressed with fresh pasta options and a variety of choices. The room was immaculate, providing a stunning view of the nearby cricket stadium, making mornings delightful. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, turning around tables quickly during peak times. However, the absence of shower gel in the bathroom was a minor inconvenience, and a swimming pool would have added value for families. Overall, a pleasant experience, but a few amenities could enhance future stays.

Rooms offer an impressive view of the cricket pitch, especially from higher floors. The location is prime for sports fans, being just a short walk from the stadium and a quick tram ride to city center.
The fridge labeled as a wine cooler left food unrefrigerated and spoil during my stay. The room I had displayed visible wear, with outdated fixtures and minor repairs seemingly ignored. It was a bit noisy at night, not just from outside, but also from within the hotel, making it hard to catch decent sleep.

The room had a great view of the cricket ground, making it a perfect setting for my stay. The bed felt comfortable, and I appreciated the nice décor that added a cozy touch. Staff members across the hotel were friendly, providing welcoming service at reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast selection met my expectations, with a variety of choices available. However, I found the air conditioning inadequate. it struggled to keep the temperature comfortable, making for some restless nights. Also, the check-in process took longer than I’d hoped, with delays that could be improved. I noticed some cleanliness issues in my room, like dust on surfaces and remnants from previous guests. The lack of vegetarian options in the restaurant was a letdown, considering the price I paid. Still, the easy proximity to local attractions and events was a significant perk, especially for sports fans.
